Tom Vialle was crowned MX2 world champion in Turkey. In the MX2 category, Tom Vialle has won the world championship twice in the past four years. Red Bull KTM has won the MXGP and/or MX2 World Championships every season since 2010.

According to RAM & Dodge Brands Enlarged Europe Head Domenico Gostoli: "The incredible events of yesterday were what supporters of this arduously fought-for world had hoped for. The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team never gave up and kept working hard on and off the track toward their singular goal of winning the World Cup. I want to thank Tom Vialle, who never gave up hope until the end and helped us to an outstanding performance. Tom delivered an exceptional stretch of play down the stretch, displaying the kind of grace under fire characteristic of champions. The RAM team takes the field every day with the same winning mentality, the same tenacity, and the same resolve to achieve tremendous success".

In 2022, the MXGP season culminated in the grueling conditions of the Turkish Grand Prix in Afyonkarahisar. Tom Vialle and Jago Geerts were in a tight battle for the MX2 championship, with Geerts holding a two-point lead. Vialle, who won both of 2021's Turkish rounds, qualified first and was the first to the starting line on the first Sunday.

The Frenchman won the first heat without any competition, with Geerts finishing ten seconds behind. Geerts had a better start in the second, but Vialle attacked and found the track clear early in the second lap. After a fierce battle in which the competitors even clashed, Vialle was the first to cross the finish line and spark the celebrations. He is the second Frenchman and the fourth rider to win multiple FIM titles on the KTM 250 SX-F while competing for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing in the MX2 era.

RAM and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing compete this year in the Motocross World Championship, the Enduro World Championship, and the Hard Enduro World Championship. A total of four RAM 1500s—a RAM Laramie Night Edition, a RAM 1500 Rebel, and two RAM 1500 TRXs—have been made available to the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing teams. Tom Vialle has been given one of the TRXs, the fastest and most powerful half-ton pick-ups. Furthermore, the agreement called for the RAM logo to be displayed on MXGP bikes, in the paddock, and on KTM's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube pages. As the last step, RAM cars were shown off at holiday events, where they got a lot of attention and praise.
